This one trick can help you Calm Down and Relax in 5 mins for absolutely free.

Let’s admit anxiety and panic attacks or for the sake of discussion worry and anger does not notify you beforehand that they are about to happen. A lot of times they are so strong that whatever we do it doesn’t settle. It’s like a tape that has been set to play on repeat in our brain. Your chest feels heavy. You are short of breath and a lot more.

I have faced this problem for a long time. And trust me it was a struggle to control it. There used to be times when I was on my way to office and while riding by bike multiple thoughts of everything wrong with my workplace would repeat on and on and by the time I reach office I would either be pissed off or anxious to the core.

This was the case until I found this one trick. I call it the “Thank you visualization scan.”

Here’s what it is and how to do it:

In this you basically scan each and every part of your body in your mind while saying Thank you for healing that part.

You start from your feet and move all the way to your head

Example:

  • Thank you for healing my feet
  • Thanks you for healing my ankles
  • Thanks you for healing my calfs
  • Thank you for healing my knees
  • Thank you for healing my thighs
  • Thank you for healing my buttocks
  • Thank you for healing my reproductive organs
  • Thank you for healing my lower back
  • Thank you for healing all my vital organs
  • Thank you for healing my upper back
  • Thank you for healing my chest
  • Thank you for healing my heart
  • Thank you for healing my neck
  • Thank you for healing my entire face
  • Than you for healing my head
  • Thank you for healing my brain
  • Thank you for healing my nerves
  • Thank you for healing my skin and muscles
  • Thank you for healing my entire body
  • Thank you for healing my soul
  • Thank you for healing my life.

By the time I finish the scan I am filled with gratitude and my mind is relaxed completely making me ready to face any challenges that may arise.
